Our engineering culture.
Hydroport is an engineering company that has been producing hydraulic and pneumatic fluid power solutions since 2005. We are a team that combines field experience with the design desk and has the discipline of **"no uncalculated offers"**. 60+ engineers and technicians work in our facility in Tuzla OIZ.

Each technician 40 hours per year, each engineer 60 hours certified technical training. Competency matrix transparent.

Junior → Senior → Lead → Manager clear levels. Competency and salary bands at each level are documented.

Field + office balance
Engineers both at the design table and in the field. Commissioning experience at customer site is mandatory.

Modern infrastructure
CAD licenses, test benches, calibrated devices. No day goes by with non-working equipment.
