Centralised lubrication systems deliver a measured amount of oil or grease at set intervals to points such as linear guideways, bearings, chains and seals. The gain over manual greasing is not only labour: because the dose is repeatable, both the wear caused by under-lubrication and the contamination caused by over-lubrication disappear. ISHAN units are listed in the catalogue. YGL automatic centralised lubrication units come with 1.2–2 litre reservoirs, 80–100 bar outlet pressure and digital, PLC or manual timing control. YESA/YESB cam driven, resistance type units run on single phase 110 V or 220 V, with a 2 litre reservoir, adjustable cycle intervals of 3/5/15/30/60 minutes, 3–6 cc output per cycle and Ø4 or Ø6 outlet connections. Manually operated YML8 and YMK8 units hold 0.6 and 0.8 litres and need no separate power supply. On the distribution side, DV series oil injectors and DFA and DT series grease metering distributors are available; the modular block design lets one block expand to 24 outlet points, each with its own dose.
