Is sample production charged?
Samples linked to serial orders can be refunded at cost. One-time sample requests are priced at production cost + standard margin.
We have no drawings, just the old cylinder. Is new manufacturing possible?
Yes. Our field measurement team inspects the existing cylinder, extracts critical dimensions and sends CAD file for approval.
What certificates of conformity do you provide other than PED?
Lloyd’s Register for marine, IRIS compliance for rail, separate certification for ATEX. The requested test standard can be added to the project.
What is the warranty period?
Workmanship and manufacturing defects 24 months; When used in accordance with operating conditions.
