Pneumatic fittings carry the tightness of a circuit at every point where the air line branches, turns or connects to equipment. A leak here is not like a breakdown: the machine keeps running, nobody notices, the compressor works harder to make up the difference and the cost quietly lands on the electricity bill. Choosing fittings is therefore a small decision that touches running cost directly. The catalogue lists push-in fittings for Ø4, Ø6, Ø8, Ø10, Ø12, Ø14 and Ø16 mm tube diameters with M3, M5, 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" and larger thread sizes. Body forms cover straight nipples, 90° elbows, tees (centre and side leg), wyes, cross fittings, bulkhead unions and plugs. Flow control nipples let cylinder speed be set right at the port instead of at the valve; meter-out speed control is the most common and most stable method in pneumatics. The group also includes blue pneumatic tubing. When ordering, state tube outside diameter together with thread size: within the same family a Ø8 tube may be offered with 1/4" as well as 3/8" threads.
